We have an immediate opportunity to join our company. We are currently seeking a full-time (M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM) Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the Human Resources Department at our Tracy office. This individual will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts for Pacific Medical, Inc. and Top Shelf Manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing an understanding of business segment needs and position requirements in terms of skill set and expertise necessary for new hire success.
• Responsible for the creation of interviewing materials/assessment best practices for positions accordingly.
• Work with the management of Pacific Medicals social media accounts and public image.
• Assist with the development of a recruitment plan (solid plan) to efficiently and effectively fill positions in all areas of business.
• Assist with the creation/development of CPO residencies; internship and externship programs.
• Assist with the creation of brand/market recruitment campaigns and update recruitment materials.
• Assist and interact with business schools and universities to develop brand awareness and recruiting strategies across the Western United States.
• Assist with hosting and attending job fairs to represent Pac Med and Top Shelf talent acquisition efforts.
• Assist with efforts to have Pac Med Educational Lab credentialed/accredited by appropriate credentialing/accrediting body for medical billing.
• Learn and apply compliance with federal and state hiring laws/regulations, recommend best practices to maintain compliance.
• Send updated job status requisition reports to the management team on a weekly basis.
• Distribute/receive and process job requisition forms.
• Submit job postings to ATS and various hiring websites, magazines, and other advertising platforms.
• Sort resumes and applications based on qualifications.
• Learn the ATS system to monitor, track, and respond to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial phone screens with job applicants.
• Schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates upon completion of hiring decision.
• Prepare and send offer letters.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• 1-Year Office Experience Preferred
• No more than 1-2 Years Recruitment Experience
• Must be Detail Oriented
• Must Possess Strong Verbal, Written Communication/Customer Service Skills
• Must type 45 words per minute
Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.00- $21.00
- Annual Range ($39,520 to $43,680)
O/T Rate Pay Range: $28.50 to $31.50
- Example of Annual O/T Range (5 to 10 hours per week @ 50 weeks range $7,125 - $15,750+)
- Note: Abundance of O/T Available
Bonus Opportunity
Profit Bonus: $0 to $1000 per month (increases hourly rate up to $5.77 per hour or up $12k per year)
Total Compensation Opportunity Examples:
Annual Base Pay: $46,645 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Low-range Profit Bonus after 3 months)
Annual Mid-Range Pay: $59,225 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Mid-range Profit Bonus)
Annual Top Pay: $62,805 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Max Profit bonus)
Additional Benefits for Full-Time Employees (3 to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off)
Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year
Vacation Benefit: At completion of 3-month introductory period, vacation accrual up to a max of 40 hours in the first 23 months, at 24 months, accrual up to a max of 80 hours with a rollover balance.
Sick Benefit: Sick accrual begins upon date of hire up to a max accrual of 48 hours annually with a rollover balance.
